Vintage Crockery Hire is a simple way to make your special occassion extra special with a gorgeous touch of vintage style.
Our Afternoon Tea Hire service provide everything you need to make your event special. You can hire one of our 6 person Afternoon Tea place settings which have all the china and cutlery you need for a beautiful vintage tea party.
Or you can choose individual items from our list of available stock. For example, cake stand hire will let you display a fabulous selection of cakes on pretty 2 or 3 tier cake stands without needing to hire all the other parts of a vintage tea set too.
We’ll deliver your vintage china the day before your event, and collect it again the day after. Delivery and collection is free within a 25 mile radius of Derby for orders over £50.
After the event, simply remove any food or liquids from the china, and pack back in the boxes. We’ll take care of the washing up for you.

Pretty Vintage Crockery
Using Vintage Crockery will give your Vintage themed Wedding, Afternoon Tea Party, Birthday or Baby Shower a touch of vintage style. We have everything you need for your special day. Our range includes Cake Stands, Tea Cups and Saucers, Milk Jugs and Sugar Bowls, Tea Pots and Coffee Pots, dinner plates, side plates etc).
You can dress the table down, with simple flowers in jam jars to give a shabby chic feel to the event. Tissue Pom Poms, bunting and paper chains are easy ways of decorating the room, and work equally well on a sunny day when you can take the party outside. Whether you are having a traditional sit-down wedding breakfast or an on-trend afternoon tea themed wedding party, we have everything you need to dress the tables at your event. We can supply direct to you, or work with your wedding stylist to get the look you want for your big day.
About Derby Vintage China Hire
Our range is the finest china, all selected for their beautiful style. We take great care when choosing our crockery to ensure that it is free from chips and crackling. When we are supplying cutlery such as tea spoons or cake forks, we use new cutlery in a Vintage design. We do this to ensure we only supply hygienically clean cutlery, and true vintage cutlery can be tarnished.
Booking is easy. You can either send us a message through the website, or give us a call. When you book the vintage crockery and cutlery is delivered to you the day before your event, and collected the day after.
We are based in Derby, and are happy to deliver across the East Midlands and Staffordshire. We’ll deliver for free if your event is within a 25 mile radius of Derby.
